Judge gives four years probation for sex offender Hoyle
Hoyle, convicted of aggravated sexual abuse of a child under 10 in January 2001, received four years probation after a six month Jackson County jail term. An August incident at Lincoln Middle School led to a probation violation as Hoyle accompanied a nephew inside the school. Wepsiec urged a seven year prison term calling him a predator while Christenson and Hoyle's attorney argued probation and a program. The judge cautioned against further probation violations.
