Nichols lawyers claim FBI documents not provided in trial
Attorneys for Terry Nichols say more than a dozen FBI records suggesting possible accomplices in the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing were not turned over by state prosecutors or the federal government for Nichols’ murder trial defense. The files include 1990s teletype communications from then FBI Director Louis Freeh’s office and touch on links between Tim McVeigh and white supremacist bank robbers.
