Liquor panel cuts Mugsy McGuire fine in half in Carbondale
In a 3-2 vote the Carbondale Liquor Commission reduced the proposed $1,500 fine for Mugsy's for letting three underage girls remain after closing. The incident on Dec 27 drew police to the bar restaurant but the council kept the findings and halved the fine to $750 amid objections from owner Matt Maier.
