Power Restored in Saline County as Volunteers Help Harrisburg
Ameren Illinois reports power restoration complete by 3 p.m. Friday with crews returning to assigned communities. Saline County sheriff says volunteer cleanup continues through Sunday in Harrisburg from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Operation Blessing Command Center. Residents needing help or wishing to volunteer should call local numbers. SIC and partner colleges coordinate relief including roof repair and debris removal. Anheuser-Busch and Golden Eagle Distributing provide water for relief efforts and Red Cross support continues.
