Rend Lake College Secures 1.2 Million for Heating System Fixes
Gov James Thompson signed a bill delivering 1.2 million dollars to Rend Lake College to correct long standing heating and cooling deficiencies. The funding ends a two year effort with the Capital Development Board and targets Phase II and III buildings on the Inn campus. Plans foresee bids in April and repairs starting by May as engineers and college officials meet for a final program review.
