Washington March 1 AP President Eisenhower doctors say he is completely recovered from the minor stroke of November 1957 After a 70 minute neurological exam at Walter Reed General Hospital specialists found no damage to his central nervous system and the president has fully recovered from the speech disturbance he suffered on November 25 1957.
