Severe weather hits Ridgway as town bears heavy damage
More than a dozen injured in Ridgway Gallatin County as a possible tornado path tears through the town of about 900. A popcorn plant and St Joseph Catholic Church suffer heavy damage while residents and emergency crews clear trees and rubble. The Rev Steven Beatty recalls decades of parish life as parishioners gather to pray. Curfew in effect from 9 pm to 6 am with roads closed and volunteers checking in at the fire department.
