The Israeli Supreme Court ordered a one week halt to construction on a section of the West Bank security barrier near Jerusalem amid protests during which two Palestinians were killed. In Nablus clashes, Mohammed Zuheir Oweis, 23, of Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, died, followed by Iyad Abu Shalal at his funeral. A Gaza City funeral saw three others killed near Jebaliya as militants threatened retaliation. Police also arrested three Palestinian boys aged 12 to 15 planning an attack in Afula.
