Murphysboro Circuit Court Fines For Battery Theft and Break-In Reports
Allen E. Stanley 24 of Makanda was fined 200 plus costs on two charges battery and dis orderly conduct after pleading guilty. Lloyd Shingleton 22 faced the same charges, pleaded innocent with bond set at 5000 and held for parole investigation. Vickie Ceeonts 23 pleaded guilty to theft under 150 and was fined 100 plus costs. Lucille Lowe 21 pleaded guilty to theft under 150 and received 100 plus costs plus six months probation. Break-in at Northern Propane Gas Co. in Murphysboro discovered after 6:30 a.m. Police found nothing missing. Marion police recovered a stolen john boat tied to Johnny Wells.
