Hazel Robinson 75 of 206 Prentice Ave Carterville died at 4 25 p m Thursday in Carbondale Doctors Hospital after a short illness She was born June 22 1893 south of Carterville daughter of Joel and Mary Jane Calvert Swafford She married Burnice Robinson in 1916 at Murphysboro he died in 1964 She was active in the Carterville Presbyterian Church and the Carterville Women s Club 25 years She leaves a niece Mrs Betty O Daniel of Carbondale and several other nieces and nephews Funeral services are set for 2 p m Sunday at Riggin Funeral Home Carterville Rev Joseph Van Roekel will officiate Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery Friends may call after 6 p m Saturday

John A. Logan College trustees will review a proposed 1968 69 budget Tuesday. President Nathan A. Ivey and Business Manager Earl Milton outline an educational fund near 750 000 dollars. The college expects 250 students at opening in September with 12 full time and 12 part time faculty. Also on the agenda are four new faculty hires and a bookstore policy.
