The audit for the year ending Nov 3 1966 by CPA Richard Boyd found most records in good condition with minor misallocations due to mid year system start. It also advised pre numbered tax receipt forms and confirmed excellent records in the treasurer’s and other offices including clerk sheriff and state's attorney.
