Four arrested in alleged theft ring in five counties

Perry County Sheriff Keith Kellerman said four suspects linked to burglaries and thefts across Perry Jackson Randolph Washington and Clinton counties were arrested. Clinton R. Gibson 27 and Mikeal A. Loucks 20 of Cutler faces ongoing investigation as authorities determine each person s role in months of thefts from businesses car washes construction sites and sheds with items including coins tokens and an ATV based on initial reports.
