A Fulton County grand jury will be asked within a month to indict Wayne B Williams for the strangulation death of Nathaniel Cater, 27, whose body was found in the Chattahoochee River. The case hinges on fiber evidence and a pre-dawn bridge encounter, with defense calling the state case weak. FBI findings link hairs and fibers to other victims in the string of slayings.
