State drops 7 Bremer charges in Wallace shooting case
In Upper Marlboro Maryland on Wednesday the state dismissed seven of twenty four charges against Arthur H Bremer in the Wallace rally shooting. The move follows a delay request by Bremer's counsel and leaves federal charges ongoing. The dropped counts include attempted murder and handgun possession under Maryland law, with four felony assault charges remaining for Wallace and others.
