PINCKNEYVILLE The 14 year old Du Quoin youth charged with murder and related crimes in the killing of taxicab driver James Adcock Sept 27 2002 remains unfit to stand trial or attend a motion hearing to transfer the case to adult court. Perry County Circuit Court Judge James Campanella noted a report from the Andrew McFarland Mental Health Center indicating the youth is not yet fit but making progress with continued treatment.
