USG leaders push back on 2004 budget plan at SIUC
Jarrad and other USG leaders vow to intensify lobbying as summer arrives after losing this year's tuition battle. They oppose a proposed 75,000 for administrative costs taken from the student fee funded budget to hire two accountants and a full time advisor, arguing the advisor should be funded by administration and not student fees. Dietz says the fee revenue will be redirected off the top and will not cut USG operating funds.
