Carbondale housing ordinance faces landlord opposition
Landlords protest classing student co operatives as rooming houses under the new Carbondale housing ordinance. A public hearing is set for 7 30 p m Monday at University City cafe teria. The measure retains existing rooming house rules with yearly occupancy permits and new housing board of appeals.
