Johnston City Man Cited for DUI After Three Vehicle Crash
State police report Nicholas M. Schultz a 33 year old Johnston City man rear ended a pickup driven by Lori Peterson then crossed into the westbound lane and struck a tractor trailer driven by Reginald Brown of El Paso Texas. Schultz and Peterson sustained minor injuries and were treated at Herrin Hospital. Schultz received citations for DUI failure to reduce speed and no insurance.
