Priest pleads innocent in new abuse charges
A Chicago priest who earlier denied abusing three boys pleaded not guilty to two additional counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse involving a 10-year-old and an 11-year-old. Prosecutors say the 11-year-old was fondled almost daily for five months starting in September at Our Lady of the Westside School Presentation Campus. The 10-year-old was abused once in the rectory of St. Agatha between August 2003 and June 2004. The Archdiocese had assigned a monitor to him in August after initial molestation allegations.
