Teachers to judge writing for 1975 NCTE Awards
Two Carbondale Community High School teachers Mary Sasse and Margaret Crowe were named regional judges for the 1975 National Council of Teachers of English Achievement Awards in Writing. About 800 seniors from each year are nominated for excellence in writing and considered by state panels. awards, announced in October, help colleges and aid.
