Barnett resigns as middle school principal for full time church work
Larry Barnett will devote full time to St. John's Praise and Worship Center after leaving the Century School post. He and his wife will continue living in Makanda with their five children, while expanding church activities including a new 32-bed Resurrection House in Sandusky and a Preparatory Academy. Barnett plans mission trips to Africa with Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda, and emphasizes reaching out regardless of faith while mentoring youth and training associate ministers.
