The Illinois State Lottery has produced six instant millionaires. Joyce Armstrong 31 a Chicago insurance clerk became the latest millionaire in Rockford at a Rock Valley Community College drawing. Five Southern Illinois winners gained only the $1 500 minimum in the Marion office drawing: Jane Renfro Carbondale Herman J Baumler Murphysboro Burl C Evans Carbondale Herbert Eggemeyer Chester and Leo V Kern Red Bud.
