Judge extends stay away order for Sandra Bullock stalker
A California court extended the stay away order against Thomas James Weldon to June 2009. Bullock accused Weldon of stalking across Michigan Texas and California and sending numerous emails faxes and voicemails. Weldon has been under the order since 2003 and has been in a Nashville mental health facility.
