State chamber leader to speak in Herrin

Du Quoin man charged with two counts of abuse

John David Prather 57 appeared in Perry County court facing two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse for allegedly fondling the breasts of two teenage girls under 18 in the past 15 months. Bond set at 6000 with strict conditions including no contact with victims and no residence in Du Quoin. Next court date 1 p.m. August 9.
