Du Quoin man faces felony sex abuse charge

A 57-year-old Du Quoin man, John Prather, was arrested at 4 a.m. Wednesday and jailed while awaiting a court appearance on aggravated criminal sexual abuse charges related to a May or June 2003 incident involving a teenage girl under 18.

Du Quoin and Dowell Reach Water Line Agreement
