Soybean and grain futures fell on the Chicago Board of Trade with September wheat at 3.39 a bushel, September corn 2.44, September oats 1.35, and August soybeans at 7.674 a bushel. Intel's Q3 and 2004 outlooks were solid but disappointing to investors seeking surprises, while some analysts saw tempered earnings expectations already priced in.
