Purse stolen in Carbondale in 900 block East Walnut Street
A Carbondale woman, Jung Ha Kim 24, was robbed between 10 and 10:05 p.m. Tuesday as a man grabbed her purse after a brief talk, breaking the strap and fleeing south along Lewis Lane. Suspect described as a 5'11" male, about 165 pounds, with black curled hair, wearing an ivory plaid shirt over white shirt and shorts. Loss $390. No injuries reported.
