World court ruling sparks bid for UN action over West Bank barrier

Floods claim 22 more lives across South Asia

Floodwaters in South Asia killed 22 more people as villagers drowned and succumbed to waterborne disease or collapse. In Bihar India soldiers aided rescues from Sitamarhi and Bhagalpur as rivers including the Ganges and Kosi rose. In Bangladesh floods killed 11, with boats overturning and electrocution reported near Dhaka.
