Shawnee Community College hosts the 14th annual Golf Day Classic on July 19 at Gambit Golf Course near Vienna with an 11 am lunch and 12:30 pm three person team start. Pinckneyville Lions Club holds a July 13 golf scramble at Red Hawk Country Club with 180 dollar team entry, lunch and awards for longest drive and closest to the pin.
