Williamson County history notes and unfolding family tales
A Marion Daily Republican tale recalls historic figures tied to Williamson County. It covers land purchases at 120 cents an acre, German American Civil War service, marriages and large families, and burial sites in Creal Springs and Nashville. The piece also hints at a later reunion story of Lavinia Schafer Brown and a medical journalist tribute by Dr. A W Springs.
