Dimmick’s lawsuit over hostage incident dismissed
A Colorado man Jesse Dimmick who held a Kansas couple hostage in 2009 and later sued them for breach of contract had his lawsuit dismissed. Dimmick claimed an oral contract existed with Jared and Lindsay Rowley for hiding him from police in exchange for money. The Rowleys sued Dimmick for damages while Dimmick sought hospital bill and pain and suffering compensation.
