Scholarships at John A. Logan College honor 22 students
The 2002 Presidential Scholar Awards were presented to 22 area students at the Nov 26 meeting of the John A. Logan College Board of Trustees. Recipients must have a 5.0 GPA for 28+ hours, sophomore standing, and full-time enrollment. Each received a plaque and a $350 check. Named students span Carbondale Carterville Creal Springs Dubois Energy Makanda Marion Murphysboro Pomona Zeigler. Jason Andrew Krelo named 2002-03 Ford Motor Co Bodlen Key International Honour Society Undergraduate Scholar at SIU. Golden Key scholars are juniors and seniors chosen for scholastic performance leadership and service.
