Bribranse's Chestnut Cafe Opens in De Soto with Dinner Hours
Diana and John Tate purchased the Chestnut Cafe at 108 Chestnut, De Soto, on December 27 and renamed it Bribranse's Chestnut Cafe. They expanded hours to include dinner and added Sunday live music. The new owners, who also juggle teaching and shipping work, plan ongoing family involvement and continue some former staff. The cafe now operates 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays and 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
