Harvey Matusow testified in federal court that in 1952 he fabricated a blacklist of radio and TV actors and sold it for 150 dollars to the New York agency Lennen & Newell. Inquest Planned Tonight For Lon Davis Slaying
Lon Davis a 76 year old Metropolis man was shot in his home at 406 West Siath Street. Arthur Lynn a 57 year old Metropolis man and brother of Davis wife faced a murder charge and was awaiting a preliminary hearing postponed to next week.
