Calhoun seeks zoning relief for Carbondale recreation complex
Developer Harold Calhoun plans a nine acre complex near Calhoun Valley Apartments on Old Rt. 13 East with six indoor and six outdoor tennis courts handball courts and a pool. He seeks a special exception and height variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals at 7 30 p m January 10 and will pursue rezoning to B 3 for a smaller tract to host seven or eight offices.
