The Illinois Federation of the Blind opened an office at 920 S Sixth St Springfield as an information bureau for blind persons. Contact by mail or call 217 544 1245. Southern Illinois representative Arthur L Jackson of Carbondale also represents Guiding Eyes for the Blind, a guide dog training agency.
