Eldorado remembers 1977 plane crash victims and heroes
Eldorado marked 30 years since the 1977 plane crash that killed 29, with a noon service on Evansville’s campus and a 29 second moment of silence at the Eldorado Harrisburg game. Coaches Brown Goodley and Greg Goodley recalled Duff Kingston and Kevin Kingston as dedicated athletes and role models. Memorials include Duff Kingston and Kevin Kingston’s names on the gym, scholarships, and a Memorial Plaza area. Don Kingston and Kay Barrow attended the remembrance.
