Retiring Anna State Hospital superintendent honored

The retiring Anna State Hospital superintendent Dr. C. D. Nobles was honored at a dinner for more than 600 staff members. Nobles, superintendent since 1944 and with the institution since 1923, will retire December 30 after 27 years. He will be succeeded by Dr. R. C. Steck of Toledo Illinois.
