Jeff and Pat Lingle built a new home atop Skyline Drive overlooking the valley north of Cobden to Alto Pass. They prize the view, noting spring and summer colors enhance dark walnut paneling, with an orange brown dining wall and teak furniture. The electrically heated house has two bedrooms a den and a bath and a half with plans to finish the basement as a recreation room and enjoy a wooden deck at the front.
