Former Rep. Andrew J. May of Kentucky must begin an eight to 24 month jail term for wartime bribery and conspiracy. Also ordered jailed were Henry and Murray Garsson, heads of a $73 million wartime munitions empire linked to May’s $53,000 in bribes, with appeals denied.
