Governor stays out of sight at Du Quoin Fair
Governor Rod Blagojevich spent Sunday at the Du Quoin State Fair but remained out of public view. He offered no press questions as spokespeople said he would review a $463 million veto package and electric rate relief legislation before possibly attending public events. The day included a mansion stay and a nearby gathering of local officials, with security blocking access to certain areas.
