Libyan rebels fighting to hold Tripoli faced a credibility blow as Seif al Islam Gadhafi appeared publicly after claims he was captured. Rebels challenged the notion of losing control and questioned the opposition government’s legitimacy amid the crisis in post-Gadhafi Libya.
