Firefighters made steady progress on a Yellowstone National Park blaze that has burned 2 800 acres. Authorities expect park east entrance access to reopen later this week as crews, including 40 more firefighters and water dropping helicopters, work to contain the fire by the weekend. Temperatures climbed into the 80s as crews fought steep, rough terrain above 9,000 feet with about 800 already at the site. The blaze has not gained ground since last Friday.
