Stockyards Peoria hogs faced a moderate midweek trade as barrows and gilts fell about two dollars. 1 to 2 weight classes ranged from 53.50 to 54.00 per cwt, 2 to 3 from 52.00 to 53.50, sows held steady with 300 to 400 and 400 to 500 pound animals at 48.00, and 500 to 700 pounds at 53.00. Boars topped 31.00 for under 300 pounds and 20.00 for over 300 pounds.
