Fair a success at Coos and Curry county fair
The Coos and Curry Fair drew a huge Saturday crowd despite adverse conditions. Exhibits impressed, especially school projects under the OA C, while Myrtle Point Team No 1 won the fruit canning contest and will compete at the Oregon State Fair. Races, military review, and a Red Cross benefit dance filled the weekend with strong community effort and festive spirit.
