Born in Wisconsin August 8 1853 Pratt lived in Oregon since 1801 worked on a farm near Halsey then a furniture business in Albany later engaged in ferrite business in Coos County before returning to Albany. Survived by three daughters one brother W B Pratt of Jews and nineteen grandchildren funeral arrangements set at Fortmiller funeral home with Rev R L Buchanan of Grace church officiating burial in local cemetery
Albert Graham pled guilty to possession of liquor and was fined 240 dollars and 30 days in city jail. He and Leonard, another liquor offender, paint stripes in the business district for future parking spaces. Clare Dement pleaded guilty to an offense and is being tried for liquor cure treatment by a physician in Marshfield.
