Wild turkeys refuse to leave human habitations in Oregon
Oregon's state game commission reports difficulty keeping wild turkeys planted as they prefer staying near habitation. An observer witnessed turkeys along a Brewater valley river and a hen with twelve half grown poults near a barn yard. Motion pictures of boys and girls club activities will be filmed in Coos county soon with the Southern Pacific Co financing. Dr. O H Clarke and family visit Fall River for his parents fiftieth anniversary then return home. They traveled by boat to York and auto to New York, spent three days in Washington DC, and took an airplane ride. Clarke then journeyed by rail via Colorado Springs, Salt Lake City, and Sacramento, planning to be back soon for practice.
