Broadbent Resident Ernest Hermann Dies at 63
Stricken on a Friday as he prepared for work, Ernest Hermann of Broadbent dies suddenly at home. He started a novel store in Myrtle Point, lived most of his life in the county, and was noted for his helpful nature. Survived by wife Emma Wagner, three daughters Zerlia Deltz Nellie McDonald Neva Bargelt, two sons Ellis and Eugene, two brothers Maneel Case, and two sisters Nellie Bender and Marie Baker. Funeral services at Presbyterian church with interment on the old homestead.
