Mary Catharine Ward Death Notice From Catchen Creek
Mary Catharine Ward born in Indiana April 22, 1844. She crossed the plains in 1841 with her parents and lived in Oregon California and Colorado. She and Robert Ward married September 8, 1862 and had 15 children, 14 surviving at her death January 9 1924 at Catchen Creek. She left 45 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Her husband died in 1892.
