Government Buys Rived Spruce for Aircraft Work
The government plans to buy rived spruce timber for airplane construction under specifications from Colonel Disque in Portland. It will not purchase rived white cedar. mills will supply cedar, while farmers with spruce may sell if local logging is unavailable.
